Ahh your right, I was going to flame you but since I had a hand in that I guess I have to take the blame on that one. One thing I really try and aim for when organizing anything for others, is take the necessary time to think things through fully, when it comes to activity, dates ect. Nothing will cause people to lose interest more then if the organization is loose and shifty. Develop a good plan that encompasses what you want and stick to it/fallow through. It will earn peoples confidence in your organization skills and they will show up in droves. I have to do this every day to be successful at my job. I'm here to help you where I can.

I can post this thread as a sticky if you like or I can shut this one down and you can start a new with less clutter, that’s up to you, just let me know. I would say either way you will want to make sure we have all the info strait in OP. Confirmed date and time of Karting as well as cost. And any other info regarding your detail day/BBQ you want to include. Some may just want to do the Karting, so firm time is important there.

...and lastly thanks for putting forth the desire and effort on a great idea and a fun day. I'm looking forward to it!

danjoy have we a confirmed karting session time blocked for our group yet? Being forum fest that weekend would only compound the necessity for this. That would suck if we all showed up at noon to find out we may not get into a kart for several hours or if at all. Keep us posted

Also is it still looking like $60 for the two sessions?

Sorry I haven't updated this... U ended up working 72 hours this week... I'm a wreck.lol... I haven't heard back from pgp about the date change... I'll call and check in the next few hours... If this is the same day as forum fest idk
