Depending on the number of us that show up, there should be a lower group rate offered. I'm not sure what the group number needs to be, could be on the PGP website, but may have to call. Probably the best way to go here if you haven't already, is to call PGP office and schedule our group in for a particular session time or block of time. People do have group/event parties down there where they reserve the track this time of year, so best to schedule if we have a sizable group, and of course to get in on a lower group rate. Typically its $25 a session + a initial $10 license fee, any sessions after is just the $25. Group rate may be license fee waved or $20 a session, but not sure.

If they let us run the full track (which should be requested with group scheduled) its a ton of fun and most of us will likely want to do a second session, so block the appropriate amount of time. The person at the desk can help arrange the best time for us depending on if there is any other groups/party's with blocked time reserved already that day.

They do have timers on the karts so we can all compare our lap times at the end of our race which is fun, in case there are any doubts

Yes junky, as usual you are correct. The group rate is $60 person for 2 sessions, and $25 for each additional session. Also we know they record times

Hopefully we can talk them down to like $50 for two sessions. %60 for two sessions is regular price with no discount.

Btw I'll only be able to do the PGP part, not the BBQ part. got father's day sutff going on later.

This is your show danjoy, but if it were me id probably look to set this up on a non holiday weekend where people aren’t potentially committed to other things, if you want to help insure a sizable group.

What about this weekend? Or the weekend of the 21st?

Also if you want help in setting up let me know, I am usually pretty persuasive with getting deals and I do have somewhat a report with the owner there which could help. Sounds like he was jacking up the rates for you
