NOTE: There is a Mt. St. Helens drive scheduled for the morning before the BBQ...we should be back by 2-3 leaving plenty of time for folks to prep for food and beer!

Alright everyone, as promised during the last PDX drive, I'm going to try and organize a BBQ before the weather turns bad.

We'll have it at my house, it's not that big, but since there's practically no furniture, we'll fit!

My wife and I will provide the Kalbi (beef short ribs), rice (I don't mean all of our cars), and a pony keg/keg of Bridgeport stuff (depending on # of RSVPs...also, donations for the beer are welcomed )....oh, and whatever is in the liquor cabinet

It would be awesome if folks could also bring stuff to put on the grill or a side dish, so....

I'll start a list of RSVPs...please include # of guests and what food you're signing up for:

Oh, non-PDX folks are definitely welcomed as well...just let me know

1. Eric/Linh - ribs, rice, keg
2. silverpdxs2k/wife - salad, dessert
3. ltweintz/+1? - ??
4. relson/Andrea - salad, dessert
5. bryons2000
6. jerrypeterson/LedaAtomica
7. brantshali
8. jamesdunn
9. Marcus?
10. Leafblower/+1

Also, PM me for directions...We live out in the Bethany area (Cornell/26 W)

OK .... anyone else notice this post?

Looks like the drive that day could suck if there are any remnants of the Chip Sealing .... last thing we need is a bunch of sand / gravel on the road ...

I was up to the swift reservoir this weekend (1/2 way there) with no construction. I just got off the phone with the Forestry Department in the Mt. St. Helens Area, and they told me that we shouldn't run into any construction/road work coming from Portland. I will post a time/location to meet over the weekend. Too busy at work to think about it now...

LedaAtomica and I are planning on making the BBQ. Could someone PM the thread/details to one of us?

Glad you can join the BBQ Jerry!

I'll PM directions to my house fairly soon....fairly wrapped up with work currentyly.

I believe the plan is to the drive the morning of the 14th followed up with the BBQ at my place. I plan that the BBQ will last into the evening...

I'll provide Kalbi, grill, and pony keg of Pin Tail Ale....side dishes or things for the grill are welcomed. As well as things to supplement the liquor cabinet.

Round up some more Seattle folks if you can!
