I'm sure I'll take the bra off at some point, and I'll also pop off the two remaining center badges on the wheel center caps, but right now I'm having too much fun to care what the outside of this thing looks like.

As for the exhaust...it's definitely one crazy huge tip...but the exhaust note is kinda nice and at least I don't have to look at the darned thing when I'm behind the wheel...

Besides, it's supposedly worth about a 7hp gain...which is quite significant on this tiny motor...

And, yes, Bryon, I did get it for almost exactly the price I was talking about. I had to raise my offer $100, but that got me two extra sets of wheels w/ tires for the track!

Mom, you gonna make me cart the hardtop around for a photo shoot or can I just leave it at home?

Just tell skip that if you'll let a cute little Vette drive with you that of COURSE my tough Miata can come...

Glad you liked the pics, mom. I was actually snapping them off thinking to myself, "where would Gina shoot this from?"

Marcus, glad you like it. I'm thinking of cruising over to the Tri-Cities in April sometime, so maybe you, me and Ken can get together...?

Love the nickname! Car looks pristine! And looks like serious biz with the rollbar and exhaust tip!

Very nice! Love the color, hardtop, rollbar, wheels! The name is great too, but 'Half-Pint of Guiness' might be more accurate!

I KNEW there was someone else I really wanted to thank for their help! Yes, this is the very same one you sent the pics of! The previous owner works at Barrier Mercedes which explains why it was sitting in that particular lot.

Thank you so much for snapping off those pics that night and giving me your impression of the car...it's a big reason for why I decided to pursue this particular one!

I have a feeling that "Half Pint" could become her unofficial nickname!

Ted, you'd be proud of me. On the way back from getting the new CD player installed this morning I put the top down for the drive even though it was raining (pouring?) off and on all morning...
