Default New tires , now an alignment

I bought 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 PS2 tires and at 40K miles should get the alignment checked - any shop suggestions/recomendations?
Thanks

Are you in Bremerton? You might try Alex @ MaxRPM if you're on that side of the water.

I had Europa in Bellevue do my last alignment and it worked out great.

IIRC others have had good luck with Omni. I used to go to Tru-Line but they got really pricey over time.

Those are some pricey tires!

Thanks for the feedback.
I'll talk to Alex and see what he says. Then if need be on to Europa etc.

Tires were/are expensive but I got 28K on the last rear set of PS2 and 38K on the OEM front tires. I like the grip.

^ its nice seeing people buy tires that are worth getting. i can't stand seeing $120-150 tires on a car that somebody drives hard.

Is that supposed to be a joke? For hard driving/auto-x/lapping days there are several less expensive tires better than PS2s. More noisy and not as good in the rain but definitely more dry traction.

Star Specs, Ventus V12, Ecsta XS to name a few. My C2S came with PS2s and they are excellent tires but not $500/tire excellent IMO.

I'm probably not the guy to talk to when it comes to tire life though as I've gone through 6 sets of tires in 31,000 miles on the S2000.

Discount tire price is much less than $500/tire.
