i m planning on a day get away plan with my gf and her sister and her bf. we wanna go play with water possibly rafting or boating or watever. originally we planned on going to lake chelan but that's just too damn far for 1 day trip. then we decided to go to ocean shores but weather doesn't look good at all. any ideas? sun and water are must! look for a river or lake. no more than 3 hours from bellevue area. any suggestions and pics to share with?

 

If the coast is too far west and Lake Chelan is too far east....then that leaves you with Lake Washington

 

Monterey CA will be sunny this weekend, and you can catch the US MotoGP round ... Find a working Concorde & I'm sure you can make it down in less than 3 hrs.
