To elaborate slightly on Ray's honest answer, what you're suggesting has been gone over numerous times in the last 10 years. As charming as logic can sometimes be, suggesting that Taco Tuesdays be changed clearly demonstrates that it is, in fact, you who are missing the point. The TL;DR of the last decade of suggestions boils to down to this- if you don't like the food, eat something else somewhere else before or after tacos. The alternate, if you'd like the company of other S2000 owners, is to plan another meet (e.g. the Mill Creek Bostons meet). I've been a proponent of the former option for years- the tacos, when they were $4, weren't worth $4...not accounting for inflation.
