JDM Style Civic Foglights for S2K
There's a group buy going on our forum about a JDM Style Honda Civic foglamps that can be fitted on our 00-03 S2000 and I think they look very nice on our front bumper and looks very clean like an OEM factory option foglamps for S2K. I need to know your opinion.........should I buy this? Here are some pics....so what you guys think? Thanks.

I think they make the front bumper look SO MUCH more finished... but I think they'd be for looks/daytime running lights only, I doubt you'd see any of their light over the HIDs.
I do think they'd make for a nice marker light in the day.

the yellow lens looks good on a white car or black or even yellow, but i'm sure you can get a clear lens or even ion color lens for other colors to match it better...

Nice, but I would prefer white/ clear lights not yellow.

I think this JDM Style Civic foglights are not bad for $119.00 shipped but only in amber or yellow but they're not OEM They also come in clear lens but only on OEM....but i prefer the yellow ones though in OEM. Here's some pics in OEM clear lens foglights..... a little bit expensive due to they're OEM.

I.M.O. if your set on doing this and are gonna pull the trigger.............stick with the clears regardless of the color of your car.........why add attention to the fog lights by purchasing them in yellow.
An accessory item should not be a focal point of the car........the yellow ones seem to be a bit out-of-sorts.

i don't know why people think adding accessories that draw attn to it is a good thing.
yellow lights? looks hideous. just because motorsport does it doesn't mean a street car should. they do it for functional reasons. for a street car, wtf it looks piss yellow, dog ugly. fog lights on a small ass roadster
even on the german side, there's just as much crap mods people do to $60K cars as they do on $10K cars. it's so ridiculous it's pure entertainment.
keep the car clean man and pick your limits.

The OEM 99/00 fogs comes with a clear lense and say "RAYBRIG" on them. IMO the yellow only looks good on white and sebring...any other colour, I think that the clear would look better.
I think that it looks pretty good on the AP1...almost looks like that they were made for it. I am thinking about getting these as well, but if I do, I will be sure to purchase the OEM ones with clear lense.
If you do end up buying the OEM ones, and decide that you want the yellow lense, then you can buy the yellow lamin-x for them.
