I will be coming to Seattle in May!
Hi everyone! I will be taking a trip to Seattle with a travel girlfriend of mine, Susan. We have not made solid 100% plans as far as hotel, flights etc, but we are planning to visit and explore sometime between May 13-21st. Not sure of arrival and departure dates as of yet, but that is the time we have blocked. I know its only Mid-March, but wanted some feedback and to make sure some of you will be around!
Hope to meet several of you there, and please if you would, let me know points of interests, must sees etc. That would be great!!! I believe Vtecmom and Brant are somewhere near??
Thanks!

So April, what sort of points of interest do you like? City stuff? Mountains? Ocean? We have a few things here that are rare in the US. Ferries. Mount Rainier and the North Cascades. Other things are just pretty cool, like the Woodland Park Zoo or the Pike Place Market. If you like baseball, try to catch a Mariners game. We have several Asian art museums -- different stuff from the typical big city art museum. Etc.

Where would be the best place to stay?? Is there like a downtown area that is local to alot of things? We will more than likely getting a rental car so we will be mobile!
