I need to replace the synchro and I want you to share your experiences about it.

Where would you recommend me to bring my s2000, dealer or local shop? I live in Bellevue, WA
and cost? 1->2 is really bad and 2->3 is getting worse every day

Have you tried replacing the manual tranny fluid? Cheapest and quickest fix. I thought I had synchro issues but it turned out to be my fluids were black. Right now I am using Amsoil synchromesh mt. Shifting a lot smoother than before.

I second that, the $50 and 2 hours of your time are definitely worth it.
