Default How good a driver are you?

How good a driver are you? Do you want some real bragging rights? Challenge some of the best local, national, and international S2000 drivers at the Packwood SCCA National Tour autocross event on August 7/8. Details are here: http://www.fergusonj.com/scca_national_ad/...out/advert.html

I bought my S2000 just to go around corners as fast as possible. Shortly after getting it, I drove stupidly fast up the Windy Ridge road (second twistiest road in Washington), and decided I needed to find a different way to get the twisties out of my system before I killed myself. Autocross does it for me.

I've been trying to do some research on how to get more involved in autocross. I'm trying to find a place that lists the events for this year, and then I think next year I am going to really try to get involved.

I've only been to a few novice days, but I want to start getting more into the events and trying to earn points and stuff.

I don't think I'll be participating in this one, but I think I'll try to come out and watch.

I used to autocross quite a bit years ago and enjoyed it for awhile. Its unfortunate there isn't a closer spot for us to participate.

A good schedule for autocross events in NW Washington is http://www.wwscc.org/

There's a good one tomorrow in Shelton. We'd love to have you come out and play with us.

I've decided that someone has to be last, so it may as well be me. I've entered the NT in BS.
