How do i distinguish an authentic spoon HT?
Hello,
As some of you guys know, long story short my car was vandalized(keyed all the way around window smashed), and my OEM hardtop was stolen.
The body shop i have my car at told me that one of the guys who works there has a spoon hardtop for sale. Sounds kinda shady and i know there are replicas out there and was wondering how i can distinguish a authentic spoon hardtop piece. Will there be a serial number or a stamp of some sort? If so where can i find it? I assume the hardtop is fiberglass and must be painted? And im acctually very confused about the side windows (or if there are any). Ive seen pictures with both.
any help is much appreciated!! thank you!!

i believe there are spoon hard top replicas out there, so look out. i think the ones that have the side window are shine design not a spoon. same thing just with a window on the side.
