Default Hit and Run

I was driving down to Portland from Redmond today to drop my fiancee off for wedding dress shopping. Anyways, we stopped for gas in Castle Rock and went to Burger King there to use the washrooms and get some food. I was literally in BK for only 10 minutes. While inside my fiancee commented to me "look at those jerks in that RV - the lot is empty but they parked right beside you."

When I came out, the RV was gone but there is now a huge hole in the front right panel of my S. I've had this car 6 months and it's the 2nd time something has hit it (I was the guy who had the garage door close on it - I bought a house and moved to Redmond to avoid that from happening again!).

Anyways, any recommendations for this? I managed to drive it back home, there's rubbing with the tires but i think mechanically it feels fine, just the huge foot long slash and peel (I'll post pics later). I think the front right panel needs to be replaced so please let me know where to go - can I find these panels locally at a junk yard anywhere? My S is a 2007 silverstone, bought new in Jan 2008.

Thanks!
-Rob

Thanks Ray (I met you the two times I've been to Tacos... I gave you the shrimp I couldn't finish LOL).

Here are some pics I took after getting home

The thing that really pisses me off is not so much that this happened, but that the person who did it took off and didn't own up to it. I wouldn't have minded nearly so much if they stuck around and were apologetic, but as it is I'm stuck with the bill and insurance increase

I seriously think their trailer hitch or something must have hit. It looks like a giant angry can opener went nuts on my car!!!

Still sad,

I think I just threw up on myself...poor s2k. You should give National Auto Collision down in Kent a shot. They do some good work there. Ask for Daniel and tell him that Jon sent ya. Sucks to hear about your car bro. The other day when I came out from bowling, I noticed there was a HUGE dent on my right rear quarter panel....I hate it when people just can't own up to their mistakes.

Did you ask BK if they had security cameras covering the parking lot?

Thats just horrible what they did to your car.

Thanks for the idea Mike My pro flickr account expired hence the link without a specific set. I checked with BK and they don't have a parking lot cam They do have a drive through cam but the RV didn't go through there.

My fiancee pointed out that the people from the RV didn't end up coming inside, so we figured they came planning to get food but crashed into my car trying to park, got scared/worried once they realized what they had done, so then took off :'(

Someone mentioned Bellevue Auto Rebuild to me a while ago.. Which hopefully pans out because I got rear-ended (HARD) last week and that's where I'm going
