selling for a friend. he got rid of the s2000 and forgot to include this with the car.

this is the piece that goes over the softtop when the top is down. brand new and still sealed.

dan's sale is pending... when he bought his car, it didnt come with the cover.

the cover for sale in this thread is for another friend who had bought an '04 S2000 and later gave it up in favor for an '04 M3.

Used car. As-is. Parting out any accessories is legit unless you promised 'em as part of the sale.

The tonneau cover costs more than $800 if you buy it from the dealer. So if it is important to you that your used car comes with one, insist on it or negotiate an $800 price break.

But if you buy the used car "as-is" and the cover isn't included and it hasn't been promised as being included, then as-is means as-is. What's the problem?
