Once again, the game lived up to the hype. I think some of the national press will have to start realizing there is more to Washington than just Nate Robinson.

Morrison was unstoppable for most of the game, but I think the Huskies finally tired him out just enough.

I thought the calls went a little too much in Gonzaga's favor for most of the game, but after the Lorenzo "T" the refs started calling it closer and (IMHO) more evenly.

Too bad Ravio got hurt. At least it was not on a cheap shot. In fact, for a game with so much emotion behind it, I thought it was played very cleanly.

Hope to see these two teams meet up again in the NCAAs. Ideally on a Monday....

Great game for sure -- felt like a February, early March game.

Morrison has to be the best player in the country. He hit some extremely tough shots! I was extremely impressed.

Gonzaga will be even tougher when they're fully healthy!

In any event, good job Dawgs!

If Gonzaga had been able to hit any 3-point shots, they probably would have won. Raivio only had those two points from those two free throws on the play where he got hurt. That was the difference -- the Huskies made 7 3-point shots and Gonzaga made only one. The biggest miss was obviously the one at the end, when Morrison could have given them a one point lead.

Great game.

Blah blah blah the Dawgs won, bottom line. Our best player was a non-factor in foul trouble. Blah blah. Morrison is awesome blah blah. Not impressed with Morrison. For all that screaming he did in huddles, ends up in a big L.

Yea, look up Gillette playa. Good game.

Washington = overrated
Gonzaga = overrated

They both play pansy schedules, win a lot of games, get ranked, and lose
in the tournament.

only one team in the tourney gets to not lose.

but yea, it'll feel "overrated" until one of these teams actually reach the final four. it's not overrated in the sense that this is as good a chance as ever for the state of WA to be represented.

I'm not impressed with Morrison. the only thing he got in common with bird is the mustache and even that was half arsed by morrison based on last night.

Yes, but in the history of the 64 team tournament, the lowest seed to ever win was #8 seed Villanova.
