Default Extend the warranty?

Hi guys...
Do u think it is worth to buy the extend warranty for S2000?
I had a BMW with extend warranty before. and it never got any problem with it. Unfortunately everything is cracking down after passing the extend warranty. So, please give me an idea....Thanks thanks

Personally I only think extended warranties are worth it if you are concerned for catastrophic failures. Otherwise they generally don't pay. The only other case is perhaps if you plan to keep the car for a very long time. Otherwise I try and avoid vehicles that could make use of an extended warranty. Certainly you will find people where the extended warranty has really turned out well, but my guess is that there are far more where it didn't. You may feel it is worth it for the peace of mind though. That part is subjective.

I got the extended warranty when I bought the car. Which is not to say I would necessarily recommend it. Like Scott said, it turns out well for some, but for the majority it's not worth it.
I plan to keep the car a long time, plus I track the car and I don't intend to do any mods that could void the warranty. So I got it.

I enjoy the piece of mind having an extended warranty brings. I've always had a self imposed rule of not buying a car where the monthly payments last longer than the warranty. It would totally bug me if I was paying for repairs while still making payments.

I financed the car for 6 years and purchased the 7 year warranty. Bonus, I just made my last S2000 payment today. 31 months early. Yahoooooooo! I'm broke... but it's all mine.
