OK, now I remember. Since nobody got a ticket and noone died and no cars got gaboinked, I forgot. I guess if they were "kids" tickets would have been handed out.

Hey VMOM,

Let me know if you need any help with planning... Would you be interested in maybe stopping off at Pats Acres for a little kart action? Since you are planning on heading that direction anyway?

Its out by Salem. It very likely we would have to schedule a half day and prepay for a large group, but it would be a ton of fun. Come to think of it, we should just do a stand alone Pat's Acres event again.

Hey Ananda, would you be interested in picking Jim's brains and organizing another one of these?

A few years ago Jim organized a 40+ go karting day at a gorgeous facility next to a river just south of Portland. We had a bunch of S2000 guys show up for this endurance race and everyone had a fantastic time! Unfortunately, nobody stepped up to the plate to organize a second outing and I figured something like this would be fun to do again.

In fact, there are some old threads floating around here of the Pat's Acres trip.

I am already organizing a Pat's Acres outing for the NSX club. If the S2000 club is interested, I can include people from the S2000 side to come down sometime in June?

I should of said "highway patrol" right away but that would have diminished the quality of subsequent story retellings.
