so lets clear up all this confusion.
Sound like there will be 2 groups
Group A-
7 hour drive through the back roads
leaving at 10PM at the old dead mervyns
Group B
2-3 hour drive direct to leavenworth
leaving at 11pm.
Please post which group you are going with.
I personally think we should modify Group A to a 4 hour drive.
7 hours is a bit much for me

Group A here....dont care whether its 4hrs or 40 hrs.
Just one question... do I need to pack a lunch??? Sounds like Route B doesn't have a scheduled lunch stop. Harsh.
Also, WSB is providing routes but not going. So... do we have anyone that's familiar with the path and can guide the group?

- 6-7 hour Cascade loop
- 2.5 hour Route 2
- 2.5 hour I90
Route 2 is nice. Much more interesting than I90, but it's still short. If Cayuse Pass was open I could make a really nice 4-5 hour route involving the back side of Rainier, but not this year.

I haven't totally ruled out going... Just not sure how ambitious I want to be this weekend.
