It's your meet!

Cascade Loop people should meet at Dead Mervyn's before 10 and try to leave by 10.

VTECGRAMMA people should not bother meeting and just drive to Leavenworth by whatever route they desire.

Not really orders... since I'm not going Just a suggestion so those that do do the drive get there at a reasonable time.

For the new people why don't you post directions to the dead Mervins? exit # off I - 90? Some of us non-eastsiders are not familier with Factoria.

The address is on the google map I listed.

4126 124th Ave SE, Bellevue, WA 98006 (Mervyns)

From the west: I90 Eastbound. Exit 10B RICHARDS ROAD. Turn right at the light onto FACTORIA BLVD / 128TH ST. Turn right onto SE 38TH PL. Turn left onto SE 124th ST. Mervyn's should be 1/2 mile down.

From the north or south: I405 (North/South depending on your relation to I90). Exit 10 COAL CREEK PARKWAY. Turn right (coming from the south) or left (coming from the north) onto COAL CREEK PARKWAY, heading east. Turn left on SE 124TH ST. Mervyn's should be 1/2 mile down.

From the east: I90 Westbound. Exit 10 I405 SOUTH. Take I405 SOUTH to Exit 10 COAL CREEK PARKWAY. Turn right (coming from the south) or left (coming from the north) onto COAL CREEK PARKWAY, heading east. Turn left on SE 124TH ST. Mervyn's should be 1/2 mile down.

Since it seems to be the consensus that the desired scenic route is 9 to 530 to 20 we will find a spot on 530, near Arlington, to await the arrival of the caravan of S's. The drive on 530 thru Darrington and up to Concrete is much nicer than staying on 9 to Sedro-Wolley. See you around 11am, if you leave at 10am.

so lets clear up all this confusion.

Sound like there will be 2 groups

Group A-

7 hour drive through the back roads

leaving at 10AM at the old dead mervyns

Group B

2-3 hour drive direct to leavenworth

leaving at 11AM.

Please post which group you are going with.

I personally think we should modify Group A to a 4 hour drive.

7 hours is a bit much for me
