Eastside dealer recommendation?

Eastside dealer recommendation?
Hello,
My 15K service is approaching and I refuse to take my car into Acura of Bellevue. I would go to Lynnwood but that is a drive.
Can anyone suggest a Eastside Honda dealer AND technician (I guess either Bellevue or Kirkland Honda) that they can highly recommend? Also, there are two potential issues that I would like to discuss with the tech so he must be very knowledgeable.
I was curious if the majority of King County S owners have a dedicated technician for all their service needs where the tech knows every owner and S? This personable level of service is always nice to have.
Thanks.

I used to have a Honda Accord and took it to Kirkland Honda since it was convenient. Wouldn't recommend them unless their service department has gotten a LOT better.
A number of the gang here seem to have had good experience with Bellevue Honda. The particular technician to talk to has been contested, but there appears to be agreement that Bellevue Honda is a good place to go.
You might do a search and see what comes up, as this is by no means a new debate.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction.

I've been taking my car to Chuck Jones (service writer) and Parker Courtley (technician) at Bellevue Honda, and had pretty good results. Parker does work on a lot of the S2000s that come into Bellevue.

I agree with Ted and Jeff. I would have bought my S from them (Bellevue) if it was available when I was ready to buy. I bought my first new car (Prelude) from them and actually got the best deal, (I shopped for two months) the best service north of Portland and south of Bellingham (who would have thought that would be in Bellevue?).
I know the owner, and the #1 salesman is his son. I believe that the staff really has been trained with the customer in mind. Give them a shot, and if your experience is less than desireable, please let us know. I doubt you will be unhappy though.

On kind of a side note, the 15K service is not that special. Why not do it yourself, learn something about your car, and have the special feeling and pride of knowing you did the work yourself, and confidence knowing you did it right?

Thanks for all the responses, gentlemen.
Mike,
Regarding doing the service myself; I would if I had someone who has done it before show me how it is done but I don't. However, being that this car is a lease, I need to have at least some record of service done at the dealer to fulfill some of the lease requirements. I usually change my own oil but being that the oil filter on my Integra requires contortionist skills, on occasion bring it to the Chevron with Redline oil. But when I get the S, I will be the ONLY one who will perform oil changes unless there is a Honda tech I can absolutely, without a doubt, trust with my girl. And your right, the 15K service is simple with it mostly consisting of inspections and the gratification obtained will be rather gratifying.

The S2000 filter can be reached from above, so the oil change isn't too hard. I do them myself most of the time (used to splash oil all over Ray's garage/driveway).
But now that it's gotten too cold and rainy, I take the Mobil1 oil and filter to Bellevue Honda and let them do it.
