I keep hearing about this place and feel that it is my Washington native duty to finally give it a shot. (I haven't gone up the Space Needle either)

Depending on when you go I am game to see what "The Man" is all about. First week of Feb I'll be in the Caribbean.

Ananda -

Don't slop "the Man" indiscriminately on your food. It's *really* hot. And I like hot food.

Go little thread, go.

Okay Lig - you let my little secret out of the bag. Most were thinking that "The MAN" was a BBQ sauce. I was going to let them assume that until the VERY LAST POSSIBLE moment. But alas!

Yes folks, "The MAN" is no BBQ sauce, ooooooh noooooo, not by a longshot.
While Dixies is a fantastic BBQ place, MY favorite thing about that place is - you guessed it - a certain hot sauce that will make you forget your name, rank and serial number - known as "The MAN"

I remember the first time a tried the stuff. Put a stripe of it down my Carne Asada Burrito - ruined it. You MUST treat this hot sauce with respect. Actually I take that back. Go ahead and disrespect it (hehehehehe). It will EARN your respect.

So.......go easy on the stuff. I don't want you guys forming a posse for me later on.

Sorry David -

Accidentally let the cat out of the bag.

We had a little discussion about Dixie's last night while karting. The big chick there is ummm... loaded with personality!

That place is fun - I haven't been there for a couple of years now...
