Default "Dealer Letter"

Has anyone used the "Dealer Letter" from the site? If so, what responses have you gotten?

You should probably clarify this post...which dealer letter? The rear window issue dealer letter?

Sorry. I thought there was just the one "dealer letter". I am talking about the one for when you are buying a new S. It lists requirements, expectations and a check list for delivery.

I used a mondified version of the letter for my purchase about a year ago. I was on pretty friendly terms with my salesman, so there was no problem. When I received my car, noone but he had driven it, they didn't wash it, etc.... I think it helped them realize that I was serious about the car. Of course, they might have been shaking their heads & laughing at me when I left, but they did follow my instructions!
