Car Insurance

I'm on the ICBC website, but I can't find anywhere were it lists prices.

Does anyone know roughly what the costs for insurance will be for someone that still has the "N" sign and is buying their first car?

Also, would taking my road test to get my full license make a big difference in the price?

Well I will tell you this, Im 19 and own a S2000 and my Insurance is $350 a month with 2 speeding tickets still UNDER my parents plan

Just call an autoplan agent, they have a tool that tells them how much it's going to be, before you pay. I've done it with them before. Any agent that's not that busy will be happy to tell you...
