damn you just bought that car. it would be hard to match that blue seats into other cars though.
i was thinking about getting seat locks but damn if someone decided to rip my softtop and jack seats then just take it. i rather claim it thru insurance and get a new seats or something else. good luck dude. you should invest on getting a HARDTOP. hehehe

Wow that sucks Kelvin. Really sorry to hear about your loss. I hope your insurance co is being accomodating and if they give you a good quote maybe you can get something extra for all the crap the thieves are putting you through.
GL to you.

In your garage, that really sucks. Obviously somebody was looking for just exactly those blue seats. But how did they know you had them and where you live? Who does service work on your car?
BTW, hard top doesn't help. It's not really any harder to break into a car with a hard top. Only thing it might help against is some random guy on the street slashing your top because he sees something inside, but this obviously wasn't random.

Would you prefer to replace a slashed top or a broken window?
I'd prefer neither; thanks for asking.

I wonder if they used a code grabber or something. Looking at the number of dip switches in some garage door openers, I'm guessing it wouldn't take too long to keep flipping them until the door opened.
Maybe think about installing a light switch for the garage door opener, so when you and the wife are in for the night, you shut the door opener off...
