I got a similar problem.. But I got a clunking/click noise in my passenger front side. It could be the lower control arm? axle? Or a ball joint. Anyone want to help diagnose this problem? I'll give you some cash for your time

Bring it by to a Tuesday meet. First thing you need to do is diagnose the issue. You have the stock sway bar in the front right?

I have the same clunking/rattling type noise from the front. sounds like the driverside. could be wrong. you know how sound resonates...so I'm guessing it has to do with the stock front sway bar hitting something?

Clunks and rattles are noises usually reserved for drivetrain elements. I was asking because some aftermarket bars can make a knocking noise in the right conditions.

Unless all parties are acoustic experts or there is some additional qualifying information, we aren't going to root cause the problem while typing. Bring it to the weekly meet.

Hmmm I've heard that before

No axles up front, but it could be your lower control arm bushings or ball joint, more likely though the first thing I would check is that your spring/pre load on your Buddy Clubs hasn't worked its way loose, I don't know if you messed with these recently but i would jack your front up so the wheel is at full droop and make sure the spring is still seated on the perch and top hat, that the lock ring/perch hasn't spun down, a loose spring will cause the noise your describing, it can happen, especially if you don't get them real tight and your compression settings are all jacked up like you use to run, hit lots of bumpy roads, all that vibration can loosen them up. If they turn out to be good then start checking the other things.

That will be $50 please
haha yeah, I had this problem when i was stock.. The last person to touch my suspenion (when I was stock) was richee. We tried to install a H&R coilovers. But I back out because there was a problen with the coilovers.

This is what he took apart then put it back together..

Maybe its not torque to specs? i dont really know.
