Did you borrow any money and try to run away recently? Loan shark usually target your love one instead of yourself to make you pay them back.
Anyways, it could be some high school kid running around and has nothing better to do. As you know, summer is coming and school is finished. They have lots of time on their hand....

BTW, I've got some Honda touch-up paint too but mine doesn't seem to match well (maybe a bad batch )

Touchup paint is always too dark, in my experience (always on light colored cars). It works OK on a beater, but if you want the car to look untouched it requires a properly blended, professional quality, color and then clear coat, spray applicated paint job.
Or you can just not wash the car, and go for that traditional "weathered patina" look.
