AP2 Front Bumper replacement recommendations
Hey guys,
My front bumper got damaged after trying to exit a friend's condominium parking lot that was super narrow. Definitely have some cracks here and there.
Anyone got any recommendations in Seattle/Bellevue area for a place that can fix it for cheap? It's only a front bumper so I don't really care too much about getting the paint super-perfectly matched as long as it's a decent job.
Also, to anyone that has gotten it done before, do you have any estimates on how much fixing a bumper (replacement/painting/labour/etc) costs? Just curious and want to know how much to expect before I start getting estimates from some body shops closeby.
Thanks,
Jeff

R&R is usually the cheapest for "pretty good" work in Bellevue. They are next door to Bellevue Auto Rebuild so you should be able grab two quotes rather quickly. This will probably set you back $700.

I had a bad experience with R&R the last time I was there (for a rear bumper cover). The paint had rubbed off the sharp edges of the bumper (maybe because they were so busy) so I had wait for a couple more days while they painted it again. They also forgot to paint the snap in cover for my tow-hook so I had to take the car back yet again. :S
Sorry, I don't have a recommendation for a good body shop now...
