I got bored today and felt like doing a little wrenching. After swapping a friend of mine's Tein suspension out of his Lexus (he's selling the car so we put it back to stock) we decided to get rid of the CDV in the S2K. Put the car up in the air, changed the oil then pulled the valve out.
I used this thread as a guide : https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=275175
The snap ring was as big of a beyotch as i've read (it took me about 30 minutes to get it out w/ a good pic set) but once it was all apart I was missing part #5 in this pic:
Either it isn't there on 07's or it took off when the snap ring took off. Either way, once reinstalled and bled I took the car out and I feel kicking myself in the balls for not doing it sooner. I did have to adjust the clutch pedal a bit but it is perfect now.
