AP2 Clutch Delay Slave Cylinder Removal?
Hey guys I just bought my 05 a couple of weeks ago and am getting annoyed with the delay between 1st and 2nd gears when in vtec range, I have read about removing the clutch delay slave cylinder and was wondering if anyone has had it done and where? If anyone knows a good place to do it, I would definately be interested in paying to get it done. Any suggestions? Thanks for the anticipated help!

If you are at all mechanically inclined, this is a simple do it yourself project. A number of local owners have used this FAQ to complete the work at home:

I removed mine about a week or 2 after taking delivery of my AP2. The key to doing this job is having the right pick.
gungsjohnson, if you have other means of transportation, you can take the slave off and bring it to me and I'll do it for you (it'll take a few minutes). Then you just need to go home and reinstall it and bleed the clutch. Or you can borrow my pick set and do it yourself.
