Default anyone looking for a roommate in Seattle?

I'm a transfer student going to Seattle University and I have not been able to find a decently priced studio or one bedroom in the capitol area. I'm coming from Bellingham so I don't know to many people in the area. I need to have a parking space for my s2k . Thanks guys

Parking spaces in the Capitol Hill/First Hill area are almost non-existent. Only in the last twenty years have they started building condos and apartment which include a parking space. Usually just one per unit. Have you considered broadening your search area? What is your budget?

Define decently priced?

Capital Hill has a pretty hefty premium and as jerry noted, parking is sparse at best.

The max I'm willing to look at is $950 for either a one bedroom or a studio, but I wanted to see a place that was well maintained and safe neighborhood. (the clique dream place right?)

You need to look outside of downtown Seattle on your budget. A unit with parking is $200-300 more than you are willing to pay. Anything in your price range will not be safe and will not have parking.
