However, when you run a product search for Bellevue, two stores come up with the cleaner product. Does that help?

My suspicion is that the kit is one part regular 303 protectant (not to be used for tops but anything plastic and rubber even) and one part convertible top vinyl cleaner/protector.
at least that's how it came when i bought my set for like $25+ dollars.
i rarely use the 303 protectant, but i did rather quickly run out of the convertible top cleaner.

The Top Cleaner in the kit works for both fabric and vinyl tops. Whether or not it's something more special than just washing your top with soap I really can't say. But according to 303 it is better and it won't harm your paint. It alone won't restore a faded top. It just gets the dirt off.
The other bottle is the 303 Aerospace Protectant which is meant to protect vinyl from UV and would be applied after cleaning and rinsing your top. It will restore a faded top and is also going to protect it from UV rays. It's really not meant to be a cleaner although your top will look much better. It can be used on all the vinyl in your car too.
Keeping your top clean will help it from wearing when raising and lowering. The Aerospace Protectant helps to keep it from fading and also just plain going to pieces from the damage of the UV.

Smokee, it is a violation of Pacific Northwest S2000 Owners forum policy to introduce clarifying facts into a confusing mismash of assumptions. Please refrain from doing this in the future; it makes the rest of us look bad.

I actually went down to boaters world today. Nice lil store next to the tacoma mall area on 38th st. I ended up buying several products for my baby 303 cleaner for 12 bucks, plastix and this hard water spot cleaner by meguiars for my windshield. The thing didn't work though, maybe I used it wrong or something. I can now not worry about my ragtop falling apart or discoloring Plus with the 303 and plastix combo my plastic window feels as soft as ever!!
