What: S2ki Tech Day

Time: 11AM - 4/5PM

Time for the next tech day! I've been busy with house maintenance and school, but now that it is summer, I can host one again. So lets get the party started! This one will happen on a Sunday, July 19th. Fluid changes, brake pads, etc. If you need a helping hand with anything, this is a perfect opportunity. Even if you have nothing to work on, you can stop by and hang out with some of your fellow S2k members, enjoy the grill, grab a beer, and jump in the pool.



Ground Rules:

You must be over 21.

If you don't know where I live, PM me for the address. No troublemakers, please. I should have met you before, or someone else who is going should be able to vouch for you. You may plead your case to me via PM

I have space for ~11 cars to be worked on in the driveway, plus two spots in the garage. Everyone else gets to park on the street.

PLEASE put tools back where you found them, and PLEASE clean up any spills.

No smoking on the property. Either real cigarettes or vaping. If you want to smoke, please do it out on the street.

No stepping on flowers, making a mess, etc. Don't leave beer in the freezer. Should be common sense. The GF will get mad at you and by association, me.

Please bring your own jack stands if you have them! I have most other standard tools.

I have a grill, so please bring food to grill. I can provide the soft drinks / water. BYOB.

There is a pool. Bring your swim trunks. If you kill the floating duck, you owe me $30 for a replacement.

In. Been waiting for this event all summer. Prob only reason why I own my s2000 Hanging out.

 

Im in! Have a million small tasks to take care of!

 

I'm in, I'd like to do brakes on my car, and if not then fluids.

 

In for this as well unless something comes up. I'd like to do brakes too unless I end up doing them sometime within the next month.

 

I am in for hanging out and helping other people do stuff!

If anybody needs a valve job (06+ cars especially) I'm pretty experienced in doing those, and I will bring my tools. You disassemble, I'll adjust valves and teach.

PM me spets for logistics, since the car will have to sit for a while to cool down.

Alright sounds like a party! I'm sure I will have something to do to the car and have a jack and stands I can bring, so count me in for all the fun!
