i've seen some s2k's in the sea-tac, tukwila (southcenter area), des moines and south renton. i'm guessing alot of those guys probably don't know about this website. i'll wave or flash my lights, they usually wave or flash their lights back, it's cool!

i think the guy on southcenter pkwy didn't see me; i think he was in 2nd gear at 9grand as he wipped by........ man what a great sound!

NFR AP2 with hardtop and rear deck lid outside Klahanie Fitness. I work out there as well. I opted not to confuse you by adding my keys to the key box. First time I've seen your car there.

It seems as if there are quite a few NFR AP2s up on the 'Plat. Anyone know who this is?

Oh, the hardtop got me all amped up and I put up over 350 lbs on the flat bench. I want me a hardtop!

but what's the body fat percentage?

it's EZ to lift a lot of weight. hard to be chiseled a la bruce

but then genetics makes it harder or easier

i think bruce lee and i are the same size and weight pretty much... though one has proven to have a slight advantage in the talent and passion for certain physical movements dept

no thx to the hardtop unless it's the Mugen CF baby!
Now that my athletic career is over (football, track), my body fat % is probably 15% +/- 2%. Such a far cry from my playing days of 7-8%. Sigh...

Oh, currently 212 lbs or so. Maybe one day I'll try to get down to 195-200...

i'm at 4% and doesn't take much work for me. also what's interesting is that body fat percentage on one person looks different on another depending on your body type. so some dudes even if they have low body fat, they still not defined cuz of how their muscle, skin, bone type. i tend to be leaner, thin and ripped.

soccer days, i had stronger legs. now chicken legs.

did you play NCAA? career ? as in u had enough talent to make $$s off it?

didn't care to spot any s2000s these days

"Play", I did not. I walked on for UW for both football and track and it was no longer fun. At least I was a true student-athlete and opted to be just a student.

As far as making money, I used to bet money on foot races (and won)
