OK, so I pull into a Chevron Station in South Everett (Deep North Lynnwood) after lunch to get $1.999 gas (for the Volvo) and no sooner do I start pumping the gas does a County Sheriff, sirens and lights a blazing, come tires a screeching into the Bikini Clad Barista joint across the street. I'm like, WFT?, and then the cop jumps out of his car and pulls something off his belt with his left hand. I'm thinking, what did he just pull off his belt?, when I realize dude is left handed and he's just drawn his service weapon and I'm standing 50' away with my fuqing finger up my nose!
First thing I thought of was this thread, second thing I thought of was "hey, I could probably use some M&M's with peanuts, INSIDE THE GAS STATION!"
30 seconds later, four more cops pull up and pull out their guns. I'm watching with the gas station dude and joking about Guns and Bikini Clad Women, what more could you ask for, nervously.
Cops cuff some Poor Sucker, I get in my car, open the bag of M&M's and get the fuq out of the area ....... first time I paid less than $2 a gallon in a long time
neat! Bet the guy in cuffs was wishing he had some M&M's about then too. He was probably upset that the next time he sees the light of day that gas prices will be back up to 6 bucks lol

Thanks again for the reminder Ray of why I don't ever go over to that part of town

.45 and big bore should not be used together in a sentence.

I wish I could carry my .44 magnum... Bit big though!

I am totally game for a day at the range!!

Hey you shooters - I'm a poser. Help me out - what's the shoulder rig of choice these days?

I'm still rocking the '80s Sonny Crockett Bianchi Scorpion.

I have a membership at Wade's gun range in Bellevue, I go fairly frequently. They have a private member bay there, would be fun to setup an S2ki day at the range.

Ray - .45's have the stopping power but my H&K P30 carries quite a few more rounds. And with the Black Talon ammo, might not make as big of a hole as a .45 but once those bad boys hit something, it's all over. My next purchase is going to be a Kimber .45 though
