I'm just starting to look for a replacement wheel for my 2003 spa. i'm currently running Shuk Wr1 wheels (page 3 on Spa Yellow Pearl gallery) and next spring will be the time to change them.
I've made some changes to the current gallery pictures. Amuse front bumper, ING side skirts, Honda OEM rear spoiler. I'm looking to drop her a couple of inches and would love your input on different wheels that would look great on my Spa. I plan on running 17" tires, just to give me a little forgiveness with the potholes.
if you are running something sweet, have seen something sweet or just have a favourite wheel on the S2000, I would appreciate hearing about them.

There are quite a few nice wheels out there. My peronal favorite on the a SPA S2K so far are a set of bronze Mugen MF10's. I realize these wheels are not made any more and people selling them want an arm, leg and kidney for them, even if they scratched and curbed!

Make sure you don't lower it too much or your auto-x times will suffer.

Too low and too stiff might upset the car on our lot.

I thought you had a pretty good stance and tire/wheel combo setup already. What are you trying to address with the wheel change?

I figure something gunmetal/anthracite/bronze on a yellow S2k would look pretty trick.

My car appears to be higher than stock. There haven't been any suspension changes yet, and she looks like she's getting taller every week. i think she's going through puberty and having an growth spurt.
Reasons for wheel purchase:
1-need (want) a second set of wheels for autoX and track driving will use current ones for these events.
2-the current wheels came with the car; they are not the preferred look for MY spa. This is strictly a personal taste issue.

My other suggestion would be to look at as many on line pics of yellow S2K's as possible. The gallery has a ton to chose from.
