Hey Steve.... clunk from rear now?
Since we changed the brakes when I hit a sharp bump like a pothole I hear this metally clunk from the left rear.
So I thought maybe the rear pad wasn't lined up properly is the piston so I checked it, took it apart and made sure and it is.
It still makes the sound, but it's rare only once and awhile.
Probably nothing. Just wondering if you have any ideas.

Doesn't really sound like a shock, sounds like something rattling maybe, it's weird. It's not when the car hit sounds bouncy, the car will hit a dip and bounce no problem, it's like a slap when I hit something harsh. Eagleson is pretty bad, I only hear on the way home from work, never on the way in.
Probably just my paranoia At first I thought shit maybe I forgot to tighten the bolts, but I hadn't....
We'll I'm going for a safety soon if it's something like a ball joint hopefully they will catch it.

There is no way the brakes are going to make that noise unless the caliper came off...and then you wouldn't be here to ask about it.
My guess would be normal suspension noises. Do you only hear this when the radio is off? Is your camera mount still tight? Could be the springs "spinning" in the perches if the tire totally unloads to "float" the spring. If that happens, it could be a blown shock.

Probably all in my head than, yeah don't really heard it unless the top is down and I'm listening for it.
Car seems to drive the same feels fine. I'll stop being anal about it.
