Default Am I the only one going to Shannonville on Sunday?

It's like everyone stepped back from the volunteer line, making me the only one going out.

James, still want to go Sunday? You can get your first lapping hit. Just like crystal meth ... the first hit is free

The boring drive there takes just over 2hrs, so probably around 3pm to make it there for 5:30pm.

Honestly, if it's 50% on POP, it's not going to rain. Belleville supposedly has 40% Sunday, while it is 60% in Ottawa. The rain forcast is typically pessimistic so are really only time accurate in the day before forcast. Even if it does rain, it would actually be good practice being smooth and feeling grip. Sorta like those autocross schools in the rain.

I wanted to go but I have a few people coming down from T.O. to check out my teg that I am selling. Otherwise I would be there.

Steve.......***A word of caution***

Going through Kingston on the 401 the right lane dissappears as they are repaving parts of the highway. Yesterday night it took 40 min of bumper to bumper just to get through it!!!

I'd give yourself an extra half hour!

good luck drive hard!!!!!!

Thanks for the tip, but this is Sunday mid-day. There probably won't be too much traffic at that time.

Wow they expect TONS of rain tonight. But none tomorrow. I forgot this was in the afternoon!

Unless something changes Steve I'm in. Maybe we can take some back roads?

Told you about the weather. Kinda wish it would rain, haven't driven enough in slick weather.

We should leave earlier than 2pm to take the back way. Bring the GPS and we can explore the some of the driving roads north of Kingston. Lanark had some really good driving roads.

Maybe we can get a route for a group drive sometime. Haven't done a group outing this year!

I planned out a route that ended up being LESS distance than the ideal route, but it looks like it might have twisties..... I'm going by how squiggly the roads look in my software.
