Further inspection of the lot revealed a tow sign that has no business name on it. (no "Sobik's parking only" or anything of the sort). But the sign is damaged and curled up on itself and is not likely to be noticed unless you're really looking for it.

Well if everyone parked there then it must have been a tow away zone and yours was the unlucky one to be first is all.

We need to make sure we can find suitable parking spots for locations like that so as to prevent such ocurrances in the future. I know Speedy didn't expect someone to actually be anal over parking.

Hmm, you could argue that then as the signage is not clearly visible as it is suppose to be. Not sure if it's worth the hassle but signs are suppose to clearly marked and visible. It's their responsibility to ensure so.

If by "we" you mean the CO then I agree. I had no worries parking where he was parked. I guess he needs to make sure the parking is okay from now on before another meet costs someone else hundreds of dollars that they could use for things like bills and rent.

I'm going to sleep before I voice any more opinions.

Damn man... sorry that happened... that really blows. Was the parking in the Spatz area?

Maybe next time (if there actually is a next time there) parking could be arranged at the bowling alley or something with permission from them...

Well, if there is anything i can do for ya Mother, let me know!

Sorry about your car. I would have been so angry. I only parked a few spots down.... I'm just lucky I didn't get towed.

There's always a lot of free parking over on my side of town in Waterford!

I had parked there because Tack(sp?) parked there and there was another car over there. We had no clue it was no parking. I didnt want to park in the gravel parking lot. I am really sorry Mother if I had known about it I would have never parked there.

How bad is the lip hurt? I still cannot believe he picked your car. 3 S2000's an Accord and a Z4 and he chooses the Yellow one, that was ghey.

If it was just scraped on the bottom I wouldn't be making an issue out of it cause that's bound to happen anyway. It's scraped all across the front though. I'll be giving him a call in a little bit.

I know you wouldn't have parked there if you knew there would be a problem. Sorry if I made it sound like I blame you for it. I'm just furious about the whole situation. I've had to pay $100 for a car that got towed before and I thought that was ridiculous, but $200?? That's just stupid.
