Anyone know how to change the oil pan.

Anyone know how to change the oil pan.
Well, I cracked the current one at the drain valve when I tighten too hard.
I got another one and I figure it would be easy but there are a couple of bolts I can't put a rachet on to loosen them.
If you have done this before and can help me I'll be happy to pay you for it.
Basically when you come to my house, the car will already be up with the oil drained.
I live near UCF.
