Southern Oregon Exploration drive

I have a quick question about pace etc. is this more of a cruise along the back roads, or a good fun blast in the twisties? I haven't been on one of these before and although we are all amazing race car drivers whom are faster than Schumacher, many of our cars are vastly different in terms of power out put and suspension; I don't want to hold up a 400hp monster coming out of a corner in my stock powered S and ruin the drive for someone, so are there guidelines or words of advice? We all know that feeling when everything is wonderful and having a nice brisk drive only to come up on a tourist in a double yellow twisty section...

Any of us who think they're Schumacher (or in my case Jimmy Clark) reincarnated should stick with track days and fully sponsored drives. But if you want to just have some fun with some other self-"sponsored" S2s, come on out. And don't worry about being down on power. 240 is more than enough to have fun with. Power isn't everything. (And I fervently believe it may not even be the second most important part .)
Come on out, have some fun, and meet some of the folks that'll make owning an S2000 more enjoyable...
I hope to see you Saturday.

As they say, the rest is history. It was great seeing some familiar faces like Jason, Paul, Freddie, Mike, Marc and Brandon. Matt joined his first drive!
Huge thank you to Jeremy for letting me crash at his place last night, Huy and Dean for supporting us all year with joining almost every drive and Aaron for helping plan, organize and execute these!
Our last drive is in the books, it was a fun day with having a new drive to enjoy. The morning started out a bit cold and misty but most everyone still had their tops down...
After a short jaunt down I-5, we headed into the mountains and onto upper smith river rd... Barring a few potholes that we had to avoid, we hit the curves blasted through the mountains.
Checking out Marc's shiny new motor
Our next pit stop was a long 3 hours in!
Aaron checking his facebook, twitter, instagram and snap chat feeds
Back on the road;
We saw a few herds of elk
I SPY A DJ
Then the fun highway back to I-5!
A couple short clips of the roadway
