We're in!
On the way back we will most likely go up the 101 to Cape Kiwanda / Pacific City for the night and a beer at the Pelican brewery if anyone is interested...(it's a brewery - on the beach - with parking on the beach - photo time!)

Having been to Pacific City, you are going to have to be VERY brave to try to take your car onto the beach. The access road is usually heavily rutted from trucks going down and tmade of very soft sand.
