Dear god so many choices.... Well When I do my next oil change im going to do all fluids at once..... Coolant, brakes, diff, oil, etc........ Someone should totally hook me up with the fluid amounts since I don't have a manual yet.

From memory so if not completly accurate please correct.

Engine - 5.1 qts
Tranny - 1.9 qts
Dif - 1 qt
Brake / clutch - a 32oz bottle will do both with some left over.

ATF had detergents in it to collect and clean unwanted materials. Auto transmissions have clutch pack that create debris in the oil. Running a quart of atf in your engine wont hurt anything and it will clean up crap. But as long as you change your oil like a normal person this wont be needed.

Well normal in my view would be an oil change every month. But then again I can put 28k on a car in 6 months
