Ok, so I am not sure how it would work out, weather we would head down on Friday (after work for us work people), or Saturday morning and come back sunday? So I just posted the Saturday for the weekend... Discuss the details here, along with a date....

Lets vote for what weekend would work BEST for you this time, but also post with whatever dates would absolutely not work and what dates absolutely work, the poll is just for your favorite date I guess


Also, Brandon, let me know which of those dates I should remove that dont work for you...

Aug 19th, Sep 16th and 30th are definite no-no's for me. I have to work those Saturdays.

Most likely I would have to go down on Friday night and come back Saturday afternoon. I work every Sunday at 4:30am.

I really think we need to consider doing some easy short meets instead of the marathon ones. I, for one, just can't commit a whole weekend, or even a whole day.

Apparently this weekend the Seattle S2000 group is having a drive from the Seattle area to Leavenworth. They plan on overnighting there and have (had) a barbecue set up and other functions.

In view of the overnight stay in Leavenworth, the organizers booked blocks of rooms at group rates. It all looks very organized and more appealing for an extended trip.

Is this trip replacing the alleged St. Helens trip? Or is that still on? I notice that even XViper is attending their trip.
