OPEN new office,
Hi guys,
I'm a S2k owner, own a 2000 Silverstone. I haven't log on here for a while due to work and many things ( didn't even drive my S2000 a lot either, last time was 7 months ago. That thing just collect dust
I'm looking to open a new business office in Oregon, probably Portland area. The office will be small, few hundreds to 1000 sf.I have been looking quite a bit and know a few place. I need some advice, suggestion of what area is good area, good security, low on crime, near mall, shopping center, easy access, not too far from Airport etc. Basically any suggestion on the area and location is appreciated.
I'm also in market for hiring as well (probably partime first). Detail of company, hiring, wage etc... and everything I can provide through pm but please know I can't just provide those information to anybody.
I really appreciate for any input that you guys have. Thank you

Our company is in California, Nevada, and Tennessee for now. We're expanding and we want to do Portland next.
Any other suggestion please? I'm planning to fly over by the end of this month or so.

If all you need is an office Lake Oswego/Beaverton would be the way to go. They are the nicer cities.
I'm the Project manager for a distribution company in Lake O, we service Oregon and Washington, with parts of northern CA and ID.

I would look at two property management Companies... Reef and PS Business parks. They have a lot of different campus's in different areas. Reef would probably cater to your needs a little bit better since you only need a small space. We were at a Reef location for 7 years and out grew the park so we moved across the street to a PS Business spot (6,000sq ft to 12,000 sq ft)

I'm gonna fly over on the last week of this month to check out and hopefully sign some lease. Thanks for the heads up guy. If anyone know anything similar, please let me know. Thank you
