New school speed limit
20 mph at all times. 
Who can go this slow 24/7 and 365 days a year? I live by 2 schools and the signs are not very visible. I could not find the sign that says 'end school zone'. This is so stupid. Just another way for the state to rip us off. I can't wait to move away from here
