That reminds me of this road I ended up on just outside of Susanville, CA when I was driving my car home from Reno when I bought it. I don't think it was quite as long as what you describe, but the twisty's were amazing and every car was quick to get out of my way . I think it was about 5 miles north of Susanville on Highway 139 . The wife = a cross between these 2 by the time we found straight road
I know that road - I came back from Reno that way a few weeks back in the Rogue. It was ok, but would have been 1000 times better in the S.

Did that exact drive last year - second week of owning my S2K Staggering beauty and blast to drive. I was tailing a motorcycle the whole way, and I think he was bummed he couldn't shake me
reminds me of one time on the McKenzie when I was up on a motorcycle basically the whole way down from Dee Wright.
He gave me a big thumbs up when we reached the bottom at 126 (after he pulled over to let me go first on the highway)

Ira - no bad chips, but then everyone moved over, so there wasn't anyone there to kick rocks up on me.

Doug...you HAVE to do this. It's right up your alley. You'd love it, not to be missed in a S.

Paul - Hwy 20 had a bit more traffic, but it wasn't bad at all. We drove it on Saturday morning and most people were heading West and we were heading East. And the drivers that I came up on just pulled over right away.

I WANT TO GO AGAIN!!!

After all, we are all just driving motorcycles with 4 wheels, right? Maybe we should start showing up for some of the cycle drives
