As you know, last year the PNW S2000 forum (Seattle) planned and executed a very nice Leavenworth Washington drive.

This drive is a little complicated for Oregonians. Their drive is a two-day drive - long days. For us to participate in theirs, we would almost have to go up to Seattle on Friday night and stay over. Their Canadian brethren do this. This makes it a three day commitment.

Last year they concluded their drive with a barbecue at Ratgirls house.

If there is interest, we may be able to keep this to a two day drive for us - we would leave Saturday morning, drive up the gorge to Goldendale and then on up to Leavenworth, meeting them there. We would join them for the evening (these people like to party!) and for the Sunday part of the drive, heading back to Portland before they get to Seattle.

It all depends on the date. I am down for going up Friday and having all day Saturday with them, then cutting Sunday short to head back to PDX.

August is pretty booked for me. Beginning of the month would be fine but other than that I'm out of town for about 3 weeks. I would love to make this drive though.
