Let's do Saturday the 12th. It would be nice to have Amy join us - and we should take advantage of having Favorite Son Aaron in the area, too. (He has to drive SO FAR to see us.) (He loves it.)
If we stick to half-hour-or-so drives (one way from town), we could go out to McMenamin's Edgefield in Troutdale. I've never been to the McMenamin's in Forest Grove or McMinnville - would like to try those sometime.
OR - if you haven't been to the Stonecliff Inn down in Carver, that would be a treat. (We could take a curvy loop road back, driving along the Clackamas River. Aaron could split off from the rest of on that route, and go up through Boring to catch Hwy 26 back to Mt. Hood.) I'll make this my official suggestion!
P.S. Yesterday I traded in my other car (NOT the S!) and bought a Honda Element from Parker Johnstone Honda. The salesman was Justin Shirley, former S owner - who was a member of this group and knows some of you!

That means that I have to go since Jim stuck up for me. I have a date for coffee Saturday morning, so I'll just make sure that I dump him early and join you guys
