Can we still attribute it to jet lag?

So McDonlads is out of the question now Okay so lets decide on where to go. So far it the two places that have been brought up are:

Thailand Restaurant in Beaverton
or
Joe's Crab Shack in Vancouver

I like Thai food but since we haven't really had a D&D over in the Vancouver side maybe the having it there would be a nice change especially those from the area. The only down side is the traffic getting into Vancouver from Portland, but then again those who are from WA will have traffic coming into town.

Abhi is in our present time now who is available
1/14, 1/15, 1/16, 1/19

Myself I'm pretty much available everyday, just the days I work I will be available after 7pm.

Let get things going here. So we enjoy each others presence.

Please put in your input soon.
Thanks
Huy

I really liked our December D&D - because we were driving in the daytime, not driving in rush hour traffic, and didn't have to deal with downtown. (And it was fun to have some caravan time!)

All of that worked because we chose to meet for lunch on a Saturday, and went up to St. Helens. (Thanks for the motivation, Aaron!) Would folks be interested in having at least some of the monthly meets as mini-drives on a Saturday or Sunday? Deliberately choose some not-too-far but out-of-town places to eat? Meet up beforehand & drive together?

That said, I'm in for going to Vancouver & would prefer the weekend rather than a weekday evening.

I think I agree with Jim.

It is more fun to have at least a mini drive on the weekend to get to the meal than to fight rush-hour during the week just to meet for dinner.

OK, I'll concur with the weekends being better also. This time my son will make all of you open the hoods of your cars to take a better look inside.

So when he points at my engine, you can say "Yes boy, that's what a stock one looks like"

Weekends will be fine with me. Where are some places that you guys/gals would like to go. Stay in the Portland area or travel somewhere outside the city?

BTW, I would like to suggest another Thai place that the wife and I ate lunch at today. Very impressed!

Again, I will go with what everyone votes on, always willing to try new places.
