The next one needs to be the St. Helens drive/meet If that doesnt work out I offered to have peeps come down to Central Oregon and make a weekend of it. I live in Redmond and have plenty of room to house people for the weekend There is some beautiful country down here.

Its only 2 1/2 hours from Portland

Could you make a day trip to Crater Lake from your place? I would like to go to either St. Helens or Crater Lake. That's my .02

I know there are some great vistas down there that would make awesome backdrops for pix. Besides It is a beautiful drive around the rim with view points down into the crater.

sorry i couldn't join. I went to the meeting address, but couldn't find the exact location, i searched around for like 1 hour, then kinda waited at the on ramp to 84-east around 11:30, but didn't see anybody! So i went home :-(
Did you see my car??

I drove out there too, but was completely lost lol.. I don't know that area very well (live on the west side).

I left Hillsboro around 10am, and got to what I thought was troutdale around 10:45, and drove around there for about 30 mins.. Maybe next time I can just follow someone from the westside if we meet out there again.

Sorry I missed the meet.

We are sorry you missed it too! It would have been nice to have a white S in the lineup.

We should probably plan to meet in a more public location next time. AND make available some cell numbers for those who are having trouble locating the group - or letting us know you are running late (Jay!)
